Do you accept pets?
No sorry we do not accept pets other than working dogs and this must be pre booked as only one room accepting
Is there enough parking for every room?
Yes we usually get every one on the drive way, however, parking is subject to availability. So please park sensibly and think of others
How far to the beach?
We are 500 yards from the seafront, slight hill to the beachfront.
How far are you from the O2 academy Bournemouth?
We are 2 streets away and it's about 4 mins on foot.
Do you have wi-fi in the bedrooms?
Yes wi-fi is free in the entire house.
Do you have any rooms on the ground floor?
Yes we have one ground floor room King bed with en shower room.

Check-in 4pm
Latest Check-in is 7pm If you are to be later you must call to pre-arrange. Hotel closes to check in at 10pm., your night will be forfeit and check in will be 07.30 next day
Check-out by 10am -10.30am
Parking
Cars: Free on site , subject to availability
Motorbike: Free on site or behind gates in secure area.
All rooms have 24 hour access once checked in.
Breakfast Times
Mon to Sun - 8am till 9am. £12 per person per morning.
