Reef Encounter located on Sea Road, Boscombe  has an indoor and outdoor seating area. It is a bar/ restaurant offering local dishes including delicious Dorset steaks and sociable sharing platters. On a Wednesday night there is a Steak night offer 2 starters, 2 steaks, unlimited fries and a bottle of wine all for £37.00. After our visit last week I would highly recommend. The steak was done to perfection and then we just had to add a dessert, cheesecake with shortbread biscuits it was just divine. 

During the rest of the week there are various offers on, plus the usual menu offering burgers, salads, fish and ribs. Local juices are available for those that don't drink alcohol. There is a wide selection of fruity cocktails and a good choice of beers, Peter loves the Samuel Adams.

Music is played at just the right level delivering the perfect atmosphere, however it can be really noisy in the evenings when full so bear this in mind. Outside you can relax on the comfy chairs or sit at the tables with views out to sea. Just coffee and cake well that is available too.

Reef Encounter is Open every day from lunchtime, to late evening. This is definitely a place to try on your next visit to Boscombe.

Also visit their sister bar and kitchen James and White in Christchurch. Food is great there too.
