Autumn Colours in Bournemouth and surrounding areas

Autumn is generally a beautiful fresh time of year. Bournemouth has so many lovely parks and gardens to walk through, also so close to the New Forest, it is a great place to meet up and enjoy the spectacular colours in the changing leaves. We are also close to many National Trust properties and gardens. These need to be booked in advance but with the sunny days , a picnic can be just as enjoyable as in the Spring and Summer months. In the New Forest you can walk amongst the ponies, pigs, cattle and donkeys. There are specific walks or cycle rides but you can also park up and climb a sty and have a wander. Just make sure you leave it the way you found it. See any littler pick it up and dispose it , just because someone else was ignorant enough to drop it, we all have a duty of care to the animals and nature as a whole
